What is Consignment?

An arrangement where items are placed in the care of store until the item is bought by a buyer. Once an item is sold, funds are made available to consigner and store itself. 

How do I get paid when my item sells?

Payouts are sent via direct deposit every Friday to the bank account associated with the consignment profile attached to the item. 

How fast do items sell?

While we cannot guarantee a time frame an item can sell within, our pricing and inventory experts work to determine the best listing and payout options available to have item sold within a target time frame of 30 days. 

Does Swish Studios buy/consign preowned items?

Yes! Any preowned items that wish to be sold or consigned with Swish Studios must be seen in person by the staff. Please email your nearest location and setup an appointment to have your items checked by a team member. 

What is your return policy? 

Our company wide return policy is "ALL SALES FINAL" to protect customers, consigners, and the company itself from fraudulent behavior and counterfeit items.
